Job Title: Site Infrastructure Development Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with 1-2+ years of experience in the civil industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and work with the site team to achieve successful project delivery
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding the project
  • Utilize thorough understanding of drawings, specifications, and quality, WHS, and environmental requirements for all site-related activities
  • Support implementation of project quality, WHS, and environmental management plans
  • Assist with daily project monitoring, toolbox inspections, checklists, documentation, and record keeping
  • Ensure materials are procured in advance of the construction program
  • Assist in monitoring daily work activities to maximize plant and resource utilization
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 1-2+ years previous experience as an engineer in the civil industry
  • A current White Card & Drivers Licence
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards and practices
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to show initiative and take ownership
  • Strong communication and organization skills, including attention to detail
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve
  • Confidence in using technology, including CRM-based applications and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
