Site Development Professional

We are seeking a Site Development Professional to support our team in delivering infrastructure upgrades. As a key member, you will collaborate with the Project Manager and broader team by overseeing work packages and ensuring timely delivery meets scope, quality, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing project schedules and coordinating construction activities
  • Managing project systems, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring accurate updates and reconciliation in accordance with construction progress.
  • Coordinating site operations and council approvals
  • Overseeing site restoration and defect closure
  • Supporting procurement and financial management
  • Participating in safety inspections and toolbox talks

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering Degree or Construction Management (with relevant experience also considered)
  • Relevant experience in telecommunications or civil construction (Telco experience; Optus, Telstra, NBN highly regarded)
  • Exposure to field operations and project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and MS Project
