Body Repair and Paint Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Body Repair Centre as a Body Repair and Paint Apprentice. This hands-on role will provide you with the skills and experience necessary to excel in the automotive industry.

Job Description:

This apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional service experiences to customers, while working on state-of-the-art vehicles that are revolutionizing the industry. You will be part of a team delivering an impeccable service experience, working closely with experienced technicians to learn and develop your skills.

You will undergo an intensive EV and body repair training program, which includes a mix of practical training and assessment, undertaken in our modern facilities, and eLearning allowing you to complete theory elements of the programme at your own pace. You will have access to videos, interactive simulations and theory assessments, which can be easily accessed at any time and from any device.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals and deliver results
  • Develop knowledge of all products, including Tesla's Body Repair Systems, Process and Procedures
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workshop
  • Record time, expenses and materials accurately
  • Perform basic body repair paint work under supervision
Requirements:
  • Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification
  • Eligibility to attend training through MITO
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Technical acumen and interest in electronics and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, work efficiently and follow instructions
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines
