About the Opportunity

This hands-on role offers an immersive service experience delivering exceptional results to customers. As a technical professional, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and work with cutting-edge vehicles revolutionising the automotive industry.

Throughout this 4-year program, you will go through intensive EV and body repair training designed to provide you with the skills and nationally recognised qualification necessary for a successful career in Body Repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively to achieve daily goals and deliver results.
  • Complete Tesla-specific training to develop expertise.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all products, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain a well-organised workshop environment.
  • Record time, expenses, and materials accurately.
  • Perform basic body repair paint work under supervision.
  • Ensure cleanliness of vehicles and Body Repair Centre.
Requirements:
  • Educational attainment: Year 12 completion.
  • Eligibility for training through MITO.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Technical aptitude – interest in electronics and technology.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn on the job, work efficiently, and follow instructions.
  • Capacity to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a team-player mindset.
  • Proactive approach with initiative, planning ahead to support the team.
  • Self-awareness, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
  • Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and customer-service oriented mindset.
