About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Operations Specialist to support our Account Managers in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently processing inquiries and orders
  • Maintaining accurate sales databases
  • Providing timely support for sales transactions, including quote preparation, ordering, and invoicing
  • Addressing customer issues promptly and accurately
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through proactive communication with customers
  • Utilizing negotiation techniques to secure optimal outcomes for customers
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve outstanding customer results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Diploma-level qualifications or equivalent experience in business, operations, project management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the cyber security, technology, or professional services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate empathy and assertiveness
