We are seeking a proactive Research Strategy and Development Manager to play a key role in supporting and driving our research and strategic objectives.

This fixed-term, full-time position involves guiding researchers through the entire research lifecycle, while contributing to broader strategic initiatives and policy engagement.

The successful candidate will have experience in a research support, strategic, or development role in a research-intensive environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and contribute to team-based initiatives is also essential.

This opportunity offers involvement in diverse aspects of research, including identifying funding and supporting grant applications, managing strategic partnerships, and enabling real-world impact.

The Research Strategy and Development Manager will work closely with researchers, industry, and policy stakeholders to help shape our research direction and innovation agenda.

This role is ideal for a collaborative and curious professional with strong project management skills and a passion for research impact.
