Body Corporate Management Position

The role of Body Corporate Manager involves overseeing the effective operation of body corporate management, ensuring seamless communication with lot owners and committees, and maintaining accurate records.

This position requires the following key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch invoices for payment to lot owners
  • Process quote requests from committee members and contractors
  • Process work orders and maintain a record of outstanding tasks
  • Arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes
  • liaise with committee members and lot owners to ensure effective communication
  • Prepare correspondence and maintain pending files
  • Prepare and lodge insurance claims on behalf of the body corporate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn relevant body corporate legislation
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization
  • Effective computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written literacy and mathematical skills
  • Ability to accurately transcribe information
  • Ability to proofread and check for errors
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and multi-focus ability
  • Effective communication skills
