Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining and organizing project documents, drawings, dockets, and registers to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitoring on-site activities for compliance with project specifications and reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Reviewing and interpreting project drawings to align site activities with project requirements.
  • Assisting Senior Engineers with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Familiarizing yourself with and enforcing compliance with site specifications and drawings.
  • Participating in Prestart and Toolbox Talks to promote safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
  • Evaluating Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists for prompt signing off.
  • Compiling quality assurance documentation to support submission processes.
