Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Construction and Engineering

The role involves providing commercial management and dispute resolution services on complex projects across all construction, engineering, and related industries.

As a senior project manager, you will advise contractors, subcontractors, lenders, developers, funders, and lawyers on contractual, technical, and commercial issues related to complex construction and engineering projects.

  • Establish clear commercial strategies and promote early resolution of disputes.
  • Assist clients in litigation or arbitration as an integral part of their legal teams or with external legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities

Support senior members of the team in preparing and defending contractual claims on construction and engineering projects. Review construction/engineering contracts and advise on relevant terms and conditions.

Perform quantity surveying duties, including cost management, commercial contract administration, and analysis of complex project data.
