We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to lead our new build project.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong background in construction management and has experience working on high-value projects.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
  • They will have a degree qualification in construction management or equivalent, and be well-versed in commercial and contractual risks.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Perth construction market and be able to manage stakeholders effectively.
Job Requirements
  • Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator.
  • New Build project value $30m+
  • Proven ability to assess commercial and contractual risks, identify and implement appropriate controls and escalate where necessary.
  • Experience working on Fitout & Refurbishment projects
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively and drive customer-focused outcomes.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of the Perth's construction market and subcontractors
