Property Management Lead

This is a full-time position based at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property, procurement or infrastructure management.

The National Property Manager will be responsible for managing the national footprint by renegotiating property leases and overseeing property maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reimagining our national footprint by managing property leases and sourcing new locations.
  • Overseeing property maintenance and bringing fresh leasing opportunities to life.
  • Being the key contact for all non-fleet procurement across ANZ.
  • Leading non-fleet procurement, tenders and supplier partnerships.
  • Championing the EV transformation – from planning to installation of EV charging infrastructure.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in property, procurement, or infrastructure management.
  • Previous experience in franchise management highly desirable.
  • Some exposure to car rental industry desirable.
  • Strong understanding of commercial & legal terms of agreements and contracts.
  • Understanding of P&L and/or familiarity with financial statements.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
