Job Role: Cloud Solutions Executive

The position involves driving cloud adoption and digital transformation for global organisations by implementing innovative solutions.

Duties:
  • Client Needs Analysis:
    • Analyse client requirements and pain points to identify opportunities for cloud-based solutions.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and tailor solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Design and develop customised cloud solutions that meet the unique needs and requirements of each client.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to co-create solutions, ensuring alignment with their objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Develop and maintain a structured approach to pipeline management, tracking the progress of leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
    • Utilise CRM tools and sales analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify areas for improvement, and prioritise efforts to maximise conversion rates.
  • Business Value Realisation:
    • Drive business value realisation by leveraging cloud solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing infrastructure and processes.
  • Account Management:
    • Take ownership of account management, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
    • Establish trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise, reliability, and a commitment to delivering value.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
    • Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance collective understanding and drive business growth.

    • Proven technical leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide team members in cloud-related topics.
