Senior Cloud Solutions Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of cloud solutions across a region. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cloud infrastructure delivery for key customers, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and financial commitments.
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Onboarding local and remote delivery teams, upholding high-quality standards while optimizing project financials.
  • Aligning service demand and resource supply between market services and cloud infrastructure to support effective cost management.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities by validating project scope and pricing for cloud infrastructure deliverables.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to cost and delivery to prevent overruns.
  • Maintaining accurate project status updates in organizational tools and ensuring quality delivery by addressing resource gaps promptly.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience as a senior leader in project management and services/care delivery.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Be highly organized with a strong focus on driving results.
  • Have a solid understanding of Kubernetes, Open Stack, containers, etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in leading end-to-end deployment of Telco Cloud solutions.
  • Strong adaptability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies, tools, and respond to evolving client requirements.
