Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance management systems and provide guidance to managers on goal setting and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and oversee professional development programs to enhance effectiveness, productivity, and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in business or HR, plus 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior teaching experience in adult education.
  • Deep understanding of talent management best practices.
  • Ability to set a vision and inspire others to enact strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to build positive relationships.
