You will work closely with our team to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and flexible environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Reviewing existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations for business process re-design and solutions.
  2. Developing and documenting discussion papers, business cases, and business requirements.
  3. Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather inputs and analyze requirements.
  4. Collating and analyzing data, providing finance reports and recommendations based on findings.
  5. Developing conceptual designs and functional specifications.
  6. Identifying and managing risks.
  7. Supporting implementation activities, monitoring, and measuring change.
  8. Ensuring data, system, and processes are compliant with financial regulation standards.
  9. Contributing to automation and improvement of Business Intelligence (BI) processes.
  10. Assisting sales teams by providing insights into system and process capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with finance systems experience, with consultancy experience welcome.
  • Experience with digital systems in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and providing findings in reports or presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

This role offers a competitive salary range of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
