Senior Beauty Retail Operations Manager

The retail operations manager oversees daily activities of beauty stores in Sydney, maintaining stock levels and ensuring store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day store operations by overseeing sales targets and driving business growth.
- Maintain a well-presented store environment at all times.
- Assist with staff rostering and scheduling, coaching employees as needed.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, manage refund processes and balance transactions.
To be successful, candidates need:
- Proven experience as a retail or operation manager (min. 2-3 years).
- Sales/product awareness and understanding of buyer trends.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in retail management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Leadership experience: min. 2 years preferred
