About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to coordinate our expedition teams, playing a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences for our passengers.

Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts to ensure our teams embody our company values and commitment to sustainability. Additionally, you will coordinate contracts, facilitate feedback reporting processes, and oversee resource development to support team members throughout their journey with us.

Maintaining efficient communication channels, disseminating information promptly, and addressing inquiries effectively is also a key aspect of this role, upholding our standards of inclusivity and equality.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our expeditions.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit, retain, and engage high-performing team members.
  • Coordinate contracts, including negotiations and agreement signings.
  • Facilitate feedback reporting processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Oversee resource development to support team members, including training and development programs.
  • Maintain efficient communication channels, ensuring prompt dissemination of information and effective addressing of inquiries.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry, particularly in recruitment or scheduling.
  • Strong preference for cruise or adventure travel experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • A proactive attitude, passion for sustainability, and respect for natural and cultural environments are key.
