Facilities Management Professional

As a facilities management professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the facilities and administrative component of our portfolio.
- Update and manage contractor lists and schedules
- Maintain preventative maintenance contracts across the portfolio
- Manage compliance and presentation of assets and resolve outstanding action items
- Maintain portfolio compliance and property presentation to industry standards
- Complete property inspections including detailed reporting
- Manage property/lease file management for the portfolio
- Manage exceptions to insurance, security and statutory registers
- Compile and maintain various registers (e.g. keys, access cards, occupancy permits)
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in building/facilities management with strong attention to detail and administrative skills, as well as knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing and maintaining a comprehensive database of contractors and suppliers
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective facilities management strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of asset condition, maintenance schedules and other relevant data
- Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in building/facilities management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver's license
