About the Position

At Canon USA, we're seeking a skilled technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences and optimize product efficiency. As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining Canon-supported products, ensuring timely and accurate service standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will report product failure trends and serviceability issues, providing accurate documentation and record keeping.
  2. You will meet customer demands by offering efficient and responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance services.
  3. You will maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and assigned property in compliance with company standards.
  4. You will showcase excellent customer communication and satisfaction skills.
  5. You will ensure the optimal performance of assigned machines and facilitate team success in achieving branch/district targets.
Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  2. A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete a 120-day introductory period and a new-hire class.
  3. The ability to travel with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  4. Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances to enter customers' premises.
  5. The physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.
Benefits and Work Environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 to $26.31 per hour and a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and development. Our full-time on-site position requires your presence at our office/worksite/territory on scheduled work days.
