Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Credit Administration Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for processing document requests, confirming and processing new supplier accreditations, preparing broker accreditations for approval, reviewing documentation for processing, conducting online searches such as identity checks, PPSR, and ASIC, authorising document checklists for final approval, and ensuring no changes have occurred to loan approval profiles in collaboration with the credit team.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing document requests and verifying accuracy
  • Confirming and processing new supplier accreditations and related documents
  • Preparing broker accreditations for approval and submitting for verification
  • Reviewing documentation for processing and ensuring compliance
  • Conducting online searches, including identity checks, PPSR, and ASIC, to verify information
  • Authorising document checklists for final approval and ensuring accuracy
  • Collaborating with the credit team to ensure no changes have occurred to loan approval profiles
