Description

Clyde & Co is recruiting a legal Document Production Specialist on an initial 3-month maximum term contract basis.

Key responsibilities

Following is an outline of the core responsibilities required of a Document Production Specialist.

  • Digital dictations and transcripts.
  • Transcribing court proceedings, meetings, interviews and teleconferences.
  • Processing and amending large, complex documents.
  • Conversion of documents to Clyde & Co format and styles.
  • Repairing corrupt documents.
  • Collating PDFs for extraction or deletion.
  • Managing multiple tasks/requests to ensure deadlines are met.

Job Requirements

Working with Lawyers, Partners and Secretaries at all levels, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Document Production Specialist supporting multiple authors within a law firm environment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced transcribing skills.
  • Fast accurate typing, speed of at least 75 WPM with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Professional and polished with clear and concise communication.
  • Collaborative and flexible approach.

Reporting Structure

All Document Production Specialists will report to the National Legal Support Manager.
