Client Support Role

The Client Support Officer provides initial contact for individuals accessing services. Operating within a support team, the officer responds to face-to-face, electronic and telephone enquiries from the public and partner agencies, offering timely advice and service connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Hub Manager and broader workforce in delivering client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to provide optimal service delivery.
  • Employ advanced interpersonal communication skills to address diverse client needs, including sensitivity to changes in behavioural presentation and risk indicators.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A valid Working with Children Check is required.
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or hold a valid work permit or visa.
  • Preferred candidates may undergo pre-employment screening, including a national police check and misconduct assessment.
