As a skilled and licensed buyer's agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, understanding their property needs, and delivering a seamless property journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with finance-ready clients to source suitable properties that meet their requirements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and property research to ensure informed decision-making.
- Lead negotiations and manage the buying process, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, solicitors, and other professionals.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (Class 2 Licence minimum)
- Proven experience in buyer-side or seller-side property transactions
- In-depth knowledge of the Victorian property market, including current trends and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on client-centric approach
- Partner with a reputable firm and tap into their established network of clients and partners.
