Job Description
As a Speech Pathologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge in supporting children with various presentations. We are registered with the NDIS and support clients with literacy, speech and language disorders, social skills, mealtime management, and AAC assessment and prescriptions.
- Receive monthly supervision from your Clinical Supervisor to assist in developing your skills.
- Participate in quarterly professional development sessions with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organization.
- Benefit from monthly coaching from our Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals.
- Work from our modern clinic and community locations, equipped with all necessary resources.
- Be allocated a buddy for induction and ongoing support.
- Observe experienced clinicians from various disciplines during therapy sessions.

Rest assured, you will receive ongoing and consistent supervision, training, and support from our team of Speech Pathologists and the broader allied health team. Qualifications Required
We seek individuals who are committed to positive client outcomes, improving lives, and having fun as part of a supportive team. Essential qualifications include:
- Australian work rights.
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain.
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current driver's licence and vehicle.
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
