Help Participants Achieve Their Goals

At our organization, we prioritize building a quality support service around the needs and goals of participants and their family. Our multi-disciplinary team approach empowers participants by using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals, and ultimately our intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Using a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessment, curated to the participant's needs, to guide our clinical reasoning.
  • Delivering speech therapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, which could be at school, at home, at work, or in the community, or in our clinic space.
  • Collaborating with our local multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Successful candidates will provide supports to cover NDIS participants living in various areas. Qualifications
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • A desire to make a real difference within the community.
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS.
