At our retirement living community, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our team as a Village Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a consumer-centric environment and helping older people on a day-to-day basis.
The Village Manager will have the best of both worlds, with a hands-on approach that allows them to establish close working relationships with each resident and assist in the delivery of resident activities. They will also have direct input into apartment sales and an administrative function that includes coordinating a concierge and a great team of support staff and contractors.
- Responsible for leading the team and managing daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for residents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proven experience in a management role within the aged care or retirement living sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
