About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join our school community as Deputy Principal.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement a shared educational vision for the school.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required, providing leadership and support to the school community.
  • Promote socially just practices in daily school life, ensuring that all students receive an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Mentor staff to set high standards for student and staff performance, promoting excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Lead the prep cohort and progress the Early Years Reading Inquiry within a large leadership team, driving innovation and improvement in education outcomes.
