About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the successful execution of major commercial workplace projects.

This role is pivotal in delivering strategic business outcomes, ensuring alignment with global standards, and mentoring project leads to build a high-performing team.

  • Lead the major projects practice, including operating model, process design, and governance.
  • Manage internal and external project teams, ensuring alignment with standards.
  • Oversee support partners to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement strategies for real estate project identification, feasibility, and execution.
  • Maintain a 5-year major projects roadmap aligned with long-term planning.
  • Contribute to global strategy and business planning.
  • Prepare and present business cases for major capital investments.
Project Delivery
  • Oversee resource planning and reporting across all major projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project leads.
  • Manage project risks, ensuring compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure delivery within approved scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage with senior leaders on project planning and delivery.
  • Lead project steering committees and collaborate across the team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners including Finance, Human Resources, Risk, HSE, and Technology.
