The Customer Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating all order deliveries to completion within designated timeframes, actively managing delivery mailboxes, ticket queues, and inbound phone calls, providing ongoing updates and communication to customers on delivery status, identifying and removing roadblocks to deliver quality orders quickly, escalating customer, internal department, or third-party challenges to team leads, capturing customer interactions and delivery activities in a service management system, and liaising between customers, suppliers, and operational areas for account coordination and service delivery.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, with a background in customer service and experience in xDSL/NBN/Fibre ordering/delivery.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
