About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Service Representative to join our Metal – East Sales Team. This role is responsible for sales and technical service for all allocated customers and potential customers in the New South Wales Metalliferous Mining region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with customers in the Metals East territory
* Provide technical guidance and support to customers on product use and quality
* Identify and pursue new product development opportunities
* Ensure customer satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback
* Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve sales and service goals
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a technical service field or mining industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
* Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Metals East business region
