About the Job

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end user experiences across web and immersive platforms.

  • Design and prototype user interfaces that translate complex system models, live data streams, and AI agent outputs into simple, actionable visual interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity mockups, and design specs aligned with user needs and business outcomes.
  • Lead and facilitate user research sessions, design sprints, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.

You will work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and responsively. You will also define and contribute to a design system tailored for the Optimal Reality platform, supporting modularity and scalability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing for accessibility, usability, and human-centered design across all touchpoints.
  • Helping shape the overall product vision, roadmap, and design strategy in partnership with product and engineering leads.
What We're Looking For

Experience in product, UX, or interaction design with a portfolio demonstrating data-rich applications or complex system interfaces is required.

  • 4+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Ability to collaborate within agile product development teams alongside engineers, analysts, and product managers.
