Salesforce Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Salesforce Functional Consultant. As a key contributor in rebuilding our Salesforce practice, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and build something lasting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience working as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar client-facing functional role. They should have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and configuration capabilities, as well as functional experience with at least one Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the functional lead or co-lead on Salesforce engagements, collaborating closely with clients to uncover needs and shape solutions across Sales, Service, Experience or other clouds.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, user-centric Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, creatives, developers and strategists to design cohesive end-to-end experiences.

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide clients and simplify complexity.
  • Salesforce certifications (Associate or Administrator-level at minimum) are highly desirable.
