**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Network Planning and Coordination Expert to lead the preparation and coordination of work packages for our field delivery teams.

The Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of network planning and coordination principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of planners to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient preparation of work packages.
  • Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve work package quality and reduce costs.
  • Promote the use of digital tools to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex planning issues or customer interface challenges.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Significant experience in network planning and coordination, preferably in the electricity supply industry.
  • A deep understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
