Job Overview

A senior software development lead is responsible for driving technical excellence and leading the development team. This role requires a skilled engineer to oversee the full software development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of features to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team in delivering high-quality products by applying software design principles, testing methodologies, and data modeling techniques.
  • Mentor junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in software development, testing, and data modeling.
  • Advocate for best practices in software engineering across the organization, promoting service-oriented architectures and SOLID engineering principles.
  • Provide second-level support for existing and new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development using object-oriented languages.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, systems integration, and build processes.
  • Testing and data modeling expertise, knowledge of database design and stakeholder management.
  • Leadership and project management skills, proficiency in SOLID engineering principles.
