  • Manage performance and conduct regular appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management and supervision, preferably in a healthcare setting.">
  • Strong knowledge of infection control principles and practices.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.">
