The Role:
Experienced Domestic Services Supervisor required for a busy hospital environment.
Must demonstrate strong knowledge of infection control, patient flow, staff rostering, and resource management.
Proven ability in people and performance management essential.
You will need:
Proven ability to manage large teams, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet clinical requirements.Strong skills in rostering, reporting, problem-solving, and knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
Experience handling difficult and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

Details of appointments:
Permanent full time, shift worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1st November 2025 at North West Regional Hospital.Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1st November 2025 at Mersey Community Hospital.notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum.
Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
