Must demonstrate strong knowledge of infection control, patient flow, staff rostering, and resource management.
Proven ability in people and performance management essential.You will need:Proven ability to manage large teams, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet clinical requirements.
Strong skills in rostering, reporting, problem-solving, and knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
