About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Campus Manager.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our team and families. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and living our core values while maintaining family happiness and retention.

  • Advocate for family needs internally and work towards supporting families as well as staff and educators.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, educational programs, rostering, and perform tasks such as demonstrating problem-solving skills, monitoring staff performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Take ownership of the campus, manage staff, maintain relationships with families, and work towards set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Qualifications and Attributes

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal English skills, and confident communication manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations, current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma training with certification.
