Leading a team of security officers requires strong leadership and operational management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security across a university campus in Melbourne's north-east.

You will provide on-site leadership, guidance, and support to security officers during shifts, ensuring their safety and effectiveness in performing their duties.

This is a high-profile role within a professional environment that values leadership, professionalism, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have prior supervisory experience within the security industry, strong communication and leadership skills, and sound knowledge of control room operations and emergency response.

A valid Victorian Security licence with the control room subcategory, Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher), and Valid Victorian Drivers licence are also essential requirements.

Liaising with university staff, emergency services, and stakeholders, as well as maintaining accurate records of incidents, patrols, and shift activities, are key aspects of this role.
