Key responsibilities in this role include maintaining assets, facilities, services, plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance, efficiency and functionality.

  • Maintaining compliance with OH&S/HSE obligations and completing audits as required
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including tenants and clients
  • Tendering and negotiating maintenance contracts, providing expenditure and performance data

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (preferred)
  • A strong understanding of industry best practice and legislative compliance
