Diverse Senior Account Manager

  • Develop high-quality, creative, and strategic multicultural media solutions that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Become a trusted advisor for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results through proactive problem-solving and confident communication.
  • Drive revenue through identifying new business opportunities and accurate budgeting, ensuring cross-functional alignment and collaboration within the organization.
  • Lead, coach, and manage team performance, workflow, and wellbeing, fostering individual growth and cross-agency collaboration.
  • Ensure efficient project delivery through best-in-class planning, financial accuracy, and elimination of unnecessary meetings.
  • Contribute to Diverse's voice and reputation in the market by creating and sharing industry-relevant thought pieces.
  • Actively participate in and lead internal multicultural initiatives, representing and promoting OMG's values and inclusivity.
