Job Description

The Sales Development Partner is a key role that involves connecting people to services that support their goals.

By working collaboratively with local service teams, this individual will grow awareness and reputation for Northcott in the community.

This role generates demand for Northcott services and supports new customers through the enquiry and sign-up process.

  • Sign new customers efficiently by managing new leads from the Enquiries team and collaborating with Service Coordinators and Service Support Partners.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and service expansion by identifying and addressing unmet service needs within existing customers.
  • Establish a strong regional market presence by building and maintaining a relevant network of relationships.
  • Drive regional growth and demand generation by contributing to a Sales Plan that increases Northcott's visibility and directly leads to an increase in service demand and lead generation in the region.

Typical duties may include:

  • Coordinating Northcott's presence at expos and networking events.
  • Generating new business leads by establishing and nurturing local partnerships.
  • Creating a continuous stream of referrals by developing and executing a targeted outreach strategy to referrers.
  • Delivering comprehensive customer support by building an in-depth understanding of Northcott's services, NDIS funding, and support needs.
  • Maximizing sales impact by collaborating with internal teams to create and implement targeted sales campaigns.
