Retail Field Service Representative

We are seeking a casual Retail Field Service Representative to join our retail team, providing services in hardware and gardening departments for major retailers in the region. You will work closely with our products across leading brands to drive growth and success in the marketplace.

The focus of this role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements. As an in-store ambassador, you will build strong relationships with both retail teams and product owners, supporting and training colleagues to achieve their goals.

In this key role, you will play a crucial part in enabling sales teams to execute their roles effectively, support in-store strategies, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will also have opportunities to gain insight into our marketing fundamentals from the ground up.

While this is a casual position, there are multiple pathways for development into other businesses or full-time roles. We offer flexibility, comprehensive training, and development opportunities in exchange for passion in delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves variable days, with approximately 9 hours per week currently required. There may be additional opportunities for more hours across different business areas, as well as assisting with holiday and sick leave cover when needed.

Due to the nature of merchandising, this position can be physically challenging at times.
