We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals who require support in their daily lives.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist participants with their needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and possess a range of skills, including communication, problem-solving, and time management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently.

You will also need to possess a strong understanding of the NDIS and its requirements, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Full-time hours (30-40 per week) are available, and we encourage applicants with a car to apply.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Possession of First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate, and Driver Licence
  • Australia Work Authorisation
