**About our Working Opportunities**

Our Personal Carers are directly responsible for helping with activities of daily living such as Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Social Support, etc. You are also accountable for identifying and promptly reporting noticeable changes in the client's condition as well as to support their independence and personal development.

Our Personal Carers work will under the direction of our client shift supervisor to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment. This role is responsible for the provision of preventative, palliative, and rehabilitative clinical care for residents.

**About You**

For this position it is essential that you have:

- Qualifications and experiences: _
- At least 1 to 2 years experiences in a similar role
- Desirable but not essential - Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent; or Certificate III Disability; or Certificate III Aged Care; or Certificate III Home and Community Support; or currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing with the completion of a successful clinical placement; or equivalent
- Current first aid and CPR certificates
- Essential Conditions: _
- Have a registered car and valid driver's licence
- Are vaccinated for the flu yearly and Covid-19 immunisation.
