The role of Health and Safety Executive is to develop, implement and maintain effective Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) strategies across Public Transport Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and improving WHS management systems and performance metrics
  • Developing and mentoring team members in their roles
  • Negotiating with stakeholders at all levels to support WHS responsibilities
  • Project managing the delivery of WHS/Zero Harm initiatives on time and within constraints

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (or a related field)
  • A valid open 'C' Class driver's licence
