Employment Opportunity

We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of a newly created role.

This position supports the continued success and ensures high standards across all sites.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to shape, lead and refine HSE systems and processes across a diverse project portfolio.

  • Oversee and manage HSE across active sites
  • Conduct regular site audits and ensure ISO compliance
  • Work collaboratively with site managers on high-risk sites
  • Develop and implement robust safety systems and processes
  • Balance on-site presence with time in the office to drive continuous improvement
About You:
  • A strong background in HSE within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing audits and working within ISO frameworks
  • Comfortable travelling to multiple sites in a region
  • Proven ability to implement and refine safety processes
  • A Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
  • Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach to on-site safety
