Ideal Candidate: Casual Hotel Steward

As a member of our hospitality team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our hotel is seeking an experienced Steward to join us on a casual basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Supporting the Food and Beverage operation of the hotel by cleaning and sanitising all kitchen areas, removing rubbish and recycling, washing dishes and maintaining manual pot washing facilities.
- Working independently and as part of a cohesive team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.
Requirements for this position include:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
- A motivated and confident individual who is able to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
