Senior Consumer Engagement Manager
Overview:This role involves developing and executing a strategic plan to drive growth in the personal care market by enhancing shopper engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement shopper activation strategies to grow sales and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of shopper engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform shopper engagement strategies and measure their effectiveness.
- Work with internal teams to develop and manage budgets for shopper engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality shopper engagement assets, including promotional materials and point-of-sale displays.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of shopper engagement programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, preferably with experience in shopper marketing and brand management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing shopper engagement strategies that drive sales growth and improve market share.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform shopper engagement decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Detailed understanding of consumer behavior, shopping habits, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
