This role involves planning and implementing the end-to-end delivery of VIP events, including venue, AV, staff, catering, collateral, travel, name badges and run sheets. You will work alongside the Marketing Manager and Event Manager to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Maintain the Event Management Database, EventsAir and log all information through Cvent;
  • Arrange relevant materials for the VIP parcels;
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Education, and Sales teams as required;
  • Support conference-related activities under guidance of the Marketing and Event Managers;

We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator with a minimum of 12 months experience in event management. Ideally, you should have experience in using EventAir and Cvent. Strong relational and communication skills, as well as clear time-management skills, high attention to detail and good initiative are essential.
